- What is Included?
– Florida Fishing Licenses (for all passengers).

– Fish Cleaning – We will filet & bag your fish at the end of the trip for you to take home. - What is NOT Included?
Food & Drink – You are welcome to bring a cooler with you with any snacks or drinks of your choice. Alcohol is welcome, no glass bottles. If you want to skip bringing a cooler we have a drink hatch on board that you can place your drinks in during the trip.Gratuity for the Captain. Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548-We are 3 miles west of the Destin bridge behind “Dock on the Island” restaurant.
PARKING: You can type in our address into any GPS or smart phone and it will take you to Island Time, Dock on the Island restaurant. Once you pull into the parking lot you will see a large building with white and blue letters “BOAT. DINE. PLAY.” Follow the parking lot around to the right side of the building and feel free to park anywhere back there. You will notice the dock and boats. If there are no open spaces behind the building continue around and find some on the west side of the building or even out front. - What happens in case of bad weather?
All weather calls will be made the night prior or day of to coincide with Florida’s unpredictable weather patterns. We will try and reschedule your trip for another day or later time. If we are unable to reschedule your trip, there is no charge for inclement weather. The captain will have the final say on weather. - What is the Cancellation Policy?
You are able to cancel you fishing trip 20 days in advance of your scheduled charter date and you will not be charged. If you cancel within seven days of your schedule trip or fail to show up on the day of, you will be charged in full. These fees will be nonrefundable with the exception of bad weather or mechanical failure. - What to bring?
– Small Cooler with drinks and snacks
– Alcohol is welcome (no glass bottles)
– Sunscreen (Apply while on dock before getting on boat)
– Polarized Sunglasses, Hat - Are we guaranteed to catch fish? Can we keep them?
Unfortunately, when dealing with Mother Nature nothing is a guarantee. BUT with our experienced Captains the odds of you not catching fish are very slim. Depending on the time of year you book the targeted species will vary. You do have the option to keep any fish caught within regulations with Florida Fish and Wildlife laws during that time. We will clean and bag them for you after the trip. (We also have a catch and release option if you prefer not to take your fish home with you.) - How do I book and what is the deposit?
You will need to call us direct to book your trip. Owner, Jason Gimmestad will be the one you speak with and he will walk you through start to finish. Jason will take a credit card to hold the date. The total amount of your trip will not be due until the day of your charter. (This will void if the cancellation policy is violated.) You will have the option to pay with a credit card or cash the day of. There will be a 5% fee to use any type of card. Once your booking is finalized, a confirmation email or text message to confirm all the details will be sent to you and it will provide all the information you need.
